I offer online-only remote programming to help you train for your specific goals. In consultation with you, I develop specific drills, exercises, and progressions so that you can see meaningful changes week after week. Even though we won’t be training in person, you’ll have access to chat and ask questions, as well as upload videos of your training for feedback on a weekly basis. You’ll also have access to a 30-minute virtual check-in call once per month that you can use for questions, form checks, or anything else you might need to support your training.

Everyone’s programming is unique and designed with their goals in mind. Whether you’re working on your first freestanding handstand, improving your deadlifting capacity, or refining mono shifts with your acro partner, we can work together to find targeted drills and progressions to make meaningful changes. Programming is checked and updated weekly but designed in longer term blocks to keep the focus on steady progress, whether you want to practice 1, 3, or 7 days a week.

As with all of my offerings, online programming is priced in tiers/sliding scale to accommodate a range of economic means. Online programming is charged on a monthly recurring basis.
