I believe strength is not about numbers on scales or weights on bars β€” it’s about the commitment you make to putting in the work to learn a new skill or reach a new goal that you set for yourself. Every little bit of pain and frustration along the way is just the necessary evil of realizing your potential. No matter how long it takes or whether you ever achieve the goals you set, training your body is one of the greatest tools to building trust in yourself and realizing that change is possible.

I am especially excited about working with people whose bodies experience marginalization in traditional fitness and training spaces, and working with those whose goals transcend normative weight-loss or aesthetic ideals.
